Fantastic Stay!
spacious bungalow convenient location
The resort was clean, I noticed staff worked hard to maintain the grounds. The rooms are spacious bungalows, that provided plenty of space for my needs. The location is convenient, close to town and not far from Marina Rubicon.
I found that paying extra for Wi-Fi access in the room was somewhat inconvenient (given it is 2024).

The staff across the resort were friendly and helpful. They always greeted guests with a smile. Ana and Monika at reception were particularly helpful. Eduardo and Starling offered great service at the bar.

The hotel benefits from close proximity to the town center. It's a short walk downhill. Taxis are readily available for the return journey. It's just a couple of euros. Marina Rubicon, with its market, is also nearby.

The gardens were well-landscaped and maintainedwith a relaxing environment. The pool area was clean and offered a good space to relax. The animation team provided activities for both children and adults.

i found the entertainment team very friendly and helpful. they kept the atmosphere fun for everyone and showed great teamwork. the bungalows were nice and cleaned regularly. the staff were polite when asking to clean.
i thought the food was good, but snack options could be better. i felt there could be more choices available.

I really enjoyed the spacious two bedroom bungalow. the patio area was great. i found the beds comfortable. This really helped me get a good night's sleep after long days exploring. the lounge area provided plenty of space for us all to unwind.

boring stuff room cleanliness
I'm so MAD!!! This place calls itself all-inclusive, but the food was a HUGE letdown. It was the same boring stuff EVERY day. I wanted some variety, not the same old garbage. The cleanliness of the room was another issue. The floor was NEVER swept and the bathroom was just as bad. DISGUSTING!!!

I found the two-bedroom bungalow perfect for my family. The bungalow felt spacious and comfortable for our stay. The grounds were well-kept and clean. I also appreciated the variety of food available at the buffet. There were many options.
The poolside music could be a bit loud during the day at times.

The reception staff were very cute and helpful upon arrival. The animation team was friendly and engaging with both adults and children. Daily room cleaning provided fresh towels except on Sundays, a helpful service.
